1QLabs started as a venture studio building AI-native products for specific industries. Every project began with a discovery phase that was slow, expensive, and produced outputs nobody could verify.

We ran that phase manually across construction, investment management, property and technology, and it was the worst part of every project.

Eventually the conclusion became unavoidable: the discovery phase itself was the product. Not a faster way to write the fieldwork up, but a different way to conduct it — AI agent teams that conduct the discovery directly, analyse in real time, and produce structured intelligence with full evidence traceability.

That work is now the Agentic Discovery methodology, patent pending, running live projects today. We did not theorise about it. We built it, deployed it, and it works.
