Service blueprints
Six-layer process maps covering customer actions, frontstage and backstage operations, support systems and analytics. Updated in real time.
For enterprise
Agent One interviews your stakeholders on their schedule, analyses their input in real time, and delivers service blueprints and solution proposals grounded in evidence. Deeper coverage, faster insight, full traceability.
01The problem
You know your organisation has inefficiencies. Your people know exactly where they are. Getting that knowledge out of their heads and into a structured, defensible format is what takes months.
So you hire consultants. They schedule workshops, arrive on site, take notes, and leave. Months later a slide deck lands, and half the findings are already stale.
Agent One replaces the manual front end of that process. You get deeper coverage, faster insight, and every finding traceable to the sentence that evidenced it.
02The engagement
Indicative rather than fixed — the shape holds, the pace follows your stakeholders.
Week 0
We define scope and stakeholders with you, load context, and configure the interview objectives and blueprint structure.
At this point you have
A scoped engagement, ready to start interviewing.
Weeks 1–2
Scout reaches stakeholders on their channel and their schedule. Lens analyses every response as it arrives, and the blueprints build themselves.
At this point you have
Findings accumulating from the first week, with visible coverage per function.
Weeks 2–4
Scout follows up on gaps and new threads. Arc synthesises findings into proposals and ranks them by impact against effort.
At this point you have
A ranked roadmap you can interrogate, proposal by proposal, back to its evidence.
Week 4+
Deliverables are shaped for presentation without losing the evidence chain underneath. Optionally, we build the top proposals.
At this point you have
Board-ready output, and the option to build what it recommends.
03What you get
Six-layer process maps covering customer actions, frontstage and backstage operations, support systems and analytics. Updated in real time.
Every bottleneck, risk, opportunity and pattern identified, linked to its source evidence with confidence scoring.
Prioritised proposals scored by impact, feasibility and dependencies, each traceable to the findings behind it.
Live visibility into stakeholder coverage, emerging themes, goal completion and engagement health.
Anonymised, themed deliverables ready for a board or leadership audience. Structured, not a slide deck.
Transcripts, embeddings, blueprints and findings can be exported or deleted on request, at any point.

04Where it runs
The methodology is industry-agnostic; the context loading is not. Research reads your sector before Scout says hello.
Bid processes, estimating workflows, design handovers, project conversion, tender lifecycle mapping.
Investment processes, compliance workflows, portfolio management, client servicing.
Tenant management, leasing operations, development workflows, maintenance processes.
Client onboarding, engagement management, knowledge capture, service delivery workflows.
Engineering processes, delivery pipelines, security baselines, incident management.
If your organisation has processes, stakeholders, and a need to understand what is really happening, the platform fits.
05Engagement model
Quoted up front, and never metered per interview.
A setup fee covering scoping, stakeholder loading and blueprint configuration, then a fixed discovery fee for the engagement. An agent build phase and continued platform access are optional stages after that.
No. The fee is quoted up front and fixed for the engagement. Its size reflects the scale and complexity of what you are mapping — process areas, depth required, and the size of the business, which a larger stakeholder group is part of. But nothing is metered once it is agreed: one more stakeholder, or a stakeholder who wants three conversations instead of one, does not change the invoice. There is no billing reason to limit coverage.
Most run six to eight weeks, but discovery is continuous rather than phased: stakeholders can engage at any point and the console delivers insight from day one. Some engagements run for months.
The platform is designed for engagements with roughly ten or more stakeholders across multiple functions. Below that, a traditional approach may genuinely serve you better, and we will say so.
Tell us about your organisation and what you are trying to discover. We will show you how Agentic Discovery would apply.
