For enterprise

Stop paying consultants to take notes.

Agent One interviews your stakeholders on their schedule, analyses their input in real time, and delivers service blueprints and solution proposals grounded in evidence. Deeper coverage, faster insight, full traceability.

01The problem

Your teams already know where the bottlenecks are.

You know your organisation has inefficiencies. Your people know exactly where they are. Getting that knowledge out of their heads and into a structured, defensible format is what takes months.

So you hire consultants. They schedule workshops, arrive on site, take notes, and leave. Months later a slide deck lands, and half the findings are already stale.

Agent One replaces the manual front end of that process. You get deeper coverage, faster insight, and every finding traceable to the sentence that evidenced it.

02The engagement

What the first month looks like.

Indicative rather than fixed — the shape holds, the pace follows your stakeholders.

  1. Week 0

    Setup

We define scope and stakeholders with you, load context, and configure the interview objectives and blueprint structure.

    • Scope and stakeholder list defined together
    • Org charts, process docs and existing reports loaded
    • Interview objectives and blueprint structure configured

    At this point you have

A scoped engagement, ready to start interviewing.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Discovery in motion

Scout reaches stakeholders on their channel and their schedule. Lens analyses every response as it arrives, and the blueprints build themselves.

    • Scout reaches stakeholders via Teams, voice or text
    • Stakeholders respond at their convenience — no scheduling
    • Lens analyses every response in real time
    • Service blueprints build automatically
    • Pulse delivers daily engagement reports

    At this point you have

Findings accumulating from the first week, with visible coverage per function.

  3. Weeks 2–4

    Deepening and solutions

Scout follows up on gaps and new threads. Arc synthesises findings into proposals and ranks them by impact against effort.

    • Follow-ups target coverage gaps, not everyone again
    • Arc synthesises findings into solution proposals
    • Prioritisation matrix ranks interventions
    • Our team steers the engagement via the console

    At this point you have

A ranked roadmap you can interrogate, proposal by proposal, back to its evidence.

  4. Week 4+

    Delivery

Deliverables are shaped for presentation without losing the evidence chain underneath. Optionally, we build the top proposals.

    • Anonymised, delivery-mode blueprints
    • Themed findings rather than raw lists
    • Solution roadmap with traceable evidence
    • Optional agent build phase for the top proposals

    At this point you have

Board-ready output, and the option to build what it recommends.

03What you get

Six things land on your side of the table.

Service blueprints

Six-layer process maps covering customer actions, frontstage and backstage operations, support systems and analytics. Updated in real time.

Findings register

Every bottleneck, risk, opportunity and pattern identified, linked to its source evidence with confidence scoring.

Solution roadmap

Prioritised proposals scored by impact, feasibility and dependencies, each traceable to the findings behind it.

Engagement console

Live visibility into stakeholder coverage, emerging themes, goal completion and engagement health.

Presentation-ready output

Anonymised, themed deliverables ready for a board or leadership audience. Structured, not a slide deck.

Your data, exportable

Transcripts, embeddings, blueprints and findings can be exported or deleted on request, at any point.

Proposals ranked by impact against effort, each one traceable back to the findings that produced it. High impact for low effort is the top-left quadrant, and it is where the first month of work usually sits.

04Where it runs

Industries we have deployed into.

The methodology is industry-agnostic; the context loading is not. Research reads your sector before Scout says hello.

Construction and infrastructure

Bid processes, estimating workflows, design handovers, project conversion, tender lifecycle mapping.

Financial services

Investment processes, compliance workflows, portfolio management, client servicing.

Property and real estate

Tenant management, leasing operations, development workflows, maintenance processes.

Professional services

Client onboarding, engagement management, knowledge capture, service delivery workflows.

Technology

Engineering processes, delivery pipelines, security baselines, incident management.

Your industry

If your organisation has processes, stakeholders, and a need to understand what is really happening, the platform fits.

05Engagement model

Fixed fees, scaled to complexity.

Quoted up front, and never metered per interview.

How is an engagement priced?

A setup fee covering scoping, stakeholder loading and blueprint configuration, then a fixed discovery fee for the engagement. An agent build phase and continued platform access are optional stages after that.

Do you charge per stakeholder or per interview?

No. The fee is quoted up front and fixed for the engagement. Its size reflects the scale and complexity of what you are mapping — process areas, depth required, and the size of the business, which a larger stakeholder group is part of. But nothing is metered once it is agreed: one more stakeholder, or a stakeholder who wants three conversations instead of one, does not change the invoice. There is no billing reason to limit coverage.

How long does an engagement run?

Most run six to eight weeks, but discovery is continuous rather than phased: stakeholders can engage at any point and the console delivers insight from day one. Some engagements run for months.

What is the minimum engagement size?

The platform is designed for engagements with roughly ten or more stakeholders across multiple functions. Below that, a traditional approach may genuinely serve you better, and we will say so.

  • Cell-isolated deployments
  • Data stored in Australia
  • Read-only discovery
  • No training on client data
  • Patent pending
