For partners

Your team’s judgment, at the scale of a platform.

Discovery quality has never been the problem; discovery capacity has. Deploy AgentOne as your discovery engine and your best people stop transcribing workshops and start doing the work clients actually pay for: judgment, synthesis and the recommendation.

01The capacity problem

Your clients buy discovery. Your calendar sells it.

Today

1 team

per project, on site, sequential

With AgentOne

Multiple

projects launched simultaneously

Every project starts the same way. You scope the work, schedule stakeholder workshops, send a team on site for months, synthesise findings, build a deck. Your clients pay for discovery, and your people are the constraint on how much of it you can sell.

With AgentOne underneath your practice, the fieldwork runs itself: multiple projects launched at once, stakeholders interviewed in parallel, structured findings in days.

Your team directs the projects and owns the judgment. The platform does the fieldwork.

02The model

A platform under your practice, invisible to your market.

Six commitments define the partnership.

Your client relationship

AgentOne runs behind your project, and the client is yours: we do not approach them for the same scope of work. Client-facing materials name you as an authorised delivery partner; a full white-label deployment, where the agents themselves carry your branding, is arranged separately.

Your methodology

Configure discovery objectives, interview goals and blueprint structures to match your frameworks and your intellectual property.

Your pricing

We take a share of each engagement above a minimum value. What you charge your clients above that is between you and your market.

Cell isolation

Every client project gets isolated infrastructure — its own Google Cloud project, network and database. No data bleed between your clients.

Scale without headcount

One person can oversee several simultaneous projects instead of running one at a time, and nothing is metered per interview once a project is priced.

A licensed methodology

Agentic Discovery is the subject of a pending patent. Partners are licensed to deploy it for the engagements they deliver, under the partnership agreement.

03The difference

What changes when the fieldwork runs itself.

A delivery practice with and without AgentOne, compared across capacity, cycle time, reach, deliverables, evidence and economics.

04Getting started

Four steps from agreement to first project.

  1. Step 01

    Integrate

Managed deployment or API access. Configure your firm’s frameworks and templates, and set up cell provisioning.

  2. Step 02

    Deploy

Spin up a new project in minutes. Load client context and stakeholders, and Scout begins outreach.

  3. Step 03

    Manage

Monitor every project from one console. Steer live via Pulse and shape deliverables with Forge.

  4. Step 04

    Deliver

Your deck, your recommendation, evidence-linked findings underneath it.

05Where partners deploy it

The work the platform sits under.

Consultancies, advisory and audit practices, systems integrators, agencies and vendors all run it. What decides the fit is the work, not the label.

Strategy and operations

Operating model reviews, operational assessments, M&A due diligence, organisational design.

Technology and transformation

Digital transformation scoping, AI readiness audits, architecture and delivery reviews.

Risk, audit and compliance

Control assessments, process risk mapping, audit preparation, regulatory readiness reviews.

AI trust and governance

AI system assessments, governance framework mapping, responsible AI audits.

Change and adoption

Stakeholder readiness assessment, adoption tracking, role impact analysis.

Implementation and delivery

Requirements discovery before a build, process mapping ahead of a rollout, post-go-live reviews.

06Partner questions

The three questions every firm asks first.

Does this replace our people?

No. It replaces their fieldwork. The interviewing and first-pass analysis stop consuming senior time, which moves that time to synthesis, judgment and the client relationship — the parts clients are actually buying.

Whose project does the client see?

Yours — you hold the client relationship, and we do not approach your client for the same scope of work. Client-facing materials identify you as an authorised delivery partner by default; a full white-label deployment, where the agents themselves carry your branding, is arranged separately.

What does it cost us?

A share of each engagement rather than a platform subscription, above a minimum engagement value. You set your own price to the client, and nothing is metered per interview once an engagement is priced.
